Job Description
The Event Executive will be responsible for expanding our exhibitions sales while also sourcing for clients to exhibit at our exhibitions, maintaining rapport with our regular clients and getting involved with the basic operations of running an exhibition.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a main point of contact for our clients.
- Proactively sourcing business potentials and engaging with clients.
- Responsible for coordinating exhibitions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Strategise and develop effective relationships with clients.
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Diploma / Degree with a major in marketing, advertising, sales, business, hotel, tourism or related fields.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (Preferably in English)
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Successful track record of project management to secure sales and achieve sales target.
- Fast learner and passionate in exhibitions and events industry
- Self-motivated, yet a team player with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to step out of comfort zone.
- Prior experience in exhibition sales shall be preferred.
