Job Description:

  • Assist in planning, developing and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns

  • Create, manage and monitor social media content (instagram, tiktok, facebook, etc.)

  • Support in content creation - copywriting, visuals, and short-form video editing

  • Coordinate with external vendors, influencers, and partners for collaborations and campaigns

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities

  • Assist in planning and executing events, roadshows and product launches

  • Monitor and report campaign performance (social media insights, website traffic, sales conversions).

  • Support e-commerce marketing initiatives (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website).

  • Handle administrative tasks related to the marketing department.

Job Requirements

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong interest in women’s health, wellness, or lifestyle industries.

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

  • Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.

  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).

  • Basic design/editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools) is a plus.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
