Key Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with company goals.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, tracking progress, risks, and deliverables.

• Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects, including scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, and reporting.

• Serve as the main liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.

• Monitor and report on key project metrics (KPIs, SLAs) to ensure performance aligns with defined success criteria.

• Proactively identify and escalate project risks or issues for resolution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution of tasks and objectives.

• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

• Conduct post-project reviews, documenting lessons learned and best practices.

• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to inform project planning.

• Oversee daily operations of projects and provide suggestions for continuous improvement.

Skills & Requirements

• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Malay; Cantonese is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resourcefully navigate challenges.

• Independent and self-motivated, with a team-oriented mindset.

• Degree/Diploma in any discipline; a background in finance or accounting is an advantage.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, though fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
