Job Description

Support day-to-day operational tasks and coordination across teams, which includes but not limited to:

Database Support & Outreach

  • Assist with communications with prospects and partners under guidance
  • Support outreach efforts (email, LinkedIn, CRM updates)
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and engagement activities

Content & Social Media

  • Designing and building content for social media and website
  • Help draft simple copy for posts, email updates, or website text
  • Assist with scheduling and posting content on social media and website

Product & Tech Development

  • Assist with setting up, testing, and maintaining internal tools
  • Track and report operational issues on platform
  • Perform UAT and ensuring proposed changes are implemented
  • Support in development of new product lines alongside tech team

Operations & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups and demos with prospects or partners
  • Set up Google Calendar invites, manage scheduling logistics, record meeting minutes, document decisions and follow up on action items
  • Assist in creating pitch decks and basic sales materials ○ Event coordination and support

Job Requirements

  • Student pursuing Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • No work experience required. Will provide training and support during internship period.
  • Creative & good design skills.
  • Meticulous and have sense of responsibility.
  • Computer literate with knowledge on Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Independent and good communication skills.
  • Positive and team player.
