We’re looking for a warm, friendly, and customer-focused Front Desk Assistant to be the first point of contact for our members and guests. If you enjoy meeting people, have a pleasant personality, and can handle enquiries with confidence, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
Welcome and assist members and guests at the reception counter
Answer calls and handle enquiries politely and efficiently
Support membership-related tasks and basic admin work
Coordinate bookings, members payment and assist with day-to-day front desk operations
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service at all times
