Full time Accounting Automotive Construction Engineering Insurance

Job Description

  • Handle full set of accounts and daily operation works of Finance Department;
  • Ensure monthly financial statements are accurately prepared on a timely basis and adhere to accounting standard
  • Liaise with the auditors, tax agent, bankers, company secretaries & etc;
  • Prepare of management reports, financial analysis, tax computation, quarterly and yearly forecast and budget
  • Identify and resolve operational issues relating to accounting
  • Cash management, cash flow reporting and other related analysis
  • Assist in yearly audit and tax preparation
  • Maintain and improve internal control, business process and accounting system
  • Other ad hoc assignments as and when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Finance /Accountancy or part professional qualification such as ACCA, MIA or equivalent;
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in handling full/partial closing full set of accounts with established company
  • Positive working attitude, motivated and a team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with Accounting Standards, Company taxation and Companies Act
  • Computer literate with Accounting System and Microsoft;
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients.
