Job Description
- Handle full set of accounts and daily operation works of Finance Department;
- Ensure monthly financial statements are accurately prepared on a timely basis and adhere to accounting standard
- Liaise with the auditors, tax agent, bankers, company secretaries & etc;
- Prepare of management reports, financial analysis, tax computation, quarterly and yearly forecast and budget
- Identify and resolve operational issues relating to accounting
- Cash management, cash flow reporting and other related analysis
- Assist in yearly audit and tax preparation
- Maintain and improve internal control, business process and accounting system
- Other ad hoc assignments as and when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Finance /Accountancy or part professional qualification such as ACCA, MIA or equivalent;
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in handling full/partial closing full set of accounts with established company
- Positive working attitude, motivated and a team player with good interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Accounting Standards, Company taxation and Companies Act
- Computer literate with Accounting System and Microsoft;
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients.
