What You’ll Do (Your Impact)

  • Dynamic Talent Sourcing: Master the art of mass recruitment. You’ll lead the charge in sourcing Cantonese speakers, CS specialists, and project-based staff through JobStreet, LinkedIn, and creative referral programs.

  • Compliance Champion: Act as our internal expert on the Employment Act 1955. You will ensure all contracts, including our specialized Contract for Service and Parental Indemnity agreements, are legally watertight and accurately executed.

  • Operations Excellence: From onboarding new joiners to managing digital employee records in our HRIS, you will streamline the "Paperwork-to-Payroll" pipeline to ensure 100% accuracy in statutory filings (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).

  • Conflict Navigator: Serve as a trusted advisor to our Ops Managers and Agents. You’ll handle grievances with high EQ and ensure our disciplinary processes (Show Cause, DI) are fair and compliant.

  • Culture Architect: Help us build a workplace where people stay. You will coordinate performance appraisals (PIP) and drive engagement initiatives that make ENVO BPO the preferred employer in our industry.

Job Requirements

Who We Are Looking For

  • Education: Degree in HR Management, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience: Fresh Graduates OR 1–3 years of hands-on HR experience. BPO or high-volume agency backgrounds will put you at the top of our list.

  • The "Rule Book" Expert: Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and the recent 2024/2026 amendments, preferable

  • Tech Savvy: Should be familiar in Microsoft platforms.

  • Language: Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is mandatory. Ability to understand Cantonese/Mandarin is a huge plus for our niche campaigns.
