Job Description
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
No IT sales experience? No problem.
The IT Sales Launchpad Program is our dedicated career pathway for school leavers, fresh graduates, and motivated juniors who want to build a future in IT solutions sales – starting from zero experience.
We don’t just hire you; we train you fully from scratch. Over 9 months, you will master every part of the business before graduating into a permanent Account Manager role with your own clients and commission structure.

Run your own pipeline: outreach, lead qualification, quotations & proposals, demos, negotiation & closing. |

Job Requirements
