Assist chefs with preparation of ingredients and daily mise-en-place
Support sushi chefs during service (cleaning, preparation, plating tasks)
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the kitchen/sushi bar
Follow all food-handling and safety procedures
Learn and practise Japanese fine-dining standards
Support smooth kitchen operations and team communication
Perform any tasks assigned by senior chefs to ensure quality and consistency
