Job Description

Interns will perform tasks related to the departments you applied to.

  • Accounts – Learn and the ins and outs of accounting used in a FMCG company’s daily operations and applying it directly while preparing payment vouchers, statement-of-accounts and more. Also learn how to use actual accounting systems that supports the company’s daily transactions.

  • Logistics – Learn how the logistic flow works in a FMCG company and assist to arrange deliveries according to the purchase orders received from customers and issue delivery orders to them. 

  • Marketing – Learn and edit basic point of sale materials (POSM) artwork designs and what makes them attractive, and provide ideas & support the marketing team on the company’s marketing mechanics.

  • Administration – Learn how to manage the office’s supplies needs and how to liaise with the company’s suppliers to order office supplies. Learn to work things on the fly with ad hoc tasks assigned by the superiors.

  • Mass Comm / Event Management – Learn the flow of the event planning and plan collaboration events with the government and stock preparation.

  • Attend weekly company meetings and learn to prepare meeting minutes.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum certificate/diploma or any relevant qualifications in any field, preferably Accounting,
    Logistics, Marketing, Business Administration or Mass Communication / Event Management
  • Able to utilize Microsoft Office (Excel) functions such as Pivot table or formulas
  • Able to work from 8.30am to 5.30pm weekdays (with 1-hour lunch break, flexible shifts)
  • Interest in working at a Japanese-culture company
  • Able to start internship from April 2026 onwards
  • Malaysians only
